R & D
R & D department can boast state-of-the-art design software and specialized personnel. The study of materials and technologies is in cooperation with specialized Research Centers, Universities and high-skilled consultants.
Among our projects: flex plates, idlers and tensioners for passenger cars, heavy duty and public transportation, engine mounting, seal gaskets, complete driveshaft, multiple repairing kits, wheel hubs, customized applications for machinery, tractors and equipment.

New 3-axis and 5-axis CNC, motorized lathes and updated CAD-CAM design software (Autodesk AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Esprit CAM, Solidworks Professional, Premium and Simulation) guarantee the reliability and quality of our activities.
We machine plates with dimensions up to 1500 mm x 700 mm and the diameters of the round inserts can reach 700 mm.
During the feasibility analysis process, we can simulate fluid dynamics (filling, cooling and deformation analysis) to disclose critical parts of the mold and assess in advance its performance. A full chart of services for repair and maintenance is at customer disposal, with immediate back-up solutions not to have impact on production lines nor timing.

We have experience with aluminum casting and die-casting, steel hot and cold forging, plastic and rubber injection, welding technologies, mechanical machining and assembly processes, laser cutting and more.
We have implemented CORA in-house testing facilities over the years Today, our laboratories are equipped with advanced testing and diagnosis equipment, analysis and data processing and can conduct both static both dynamic tests.
Our multipurpose activities can validate the conformity of products with multiple specifications, from endurance to rotating bending fatigue, imposed load, imposed deflection, ageing, leakage, traction, torsional and hysteresis response, flexibility, positive and negative heat resistance, thermal shock, breakage, end-of-life under load durability of bearings, and other analytic destructive and non-destructive tests.
Our programmers create and edit programs for 2-axis CNC lathes, 3-axis continuous and 5-axis CNC machining centers.
The optimization of programs to improve production capacity and our prompt assistance even at the customer’s site have allowed us to support our longtime clients in their daily activities at the factory over the years.
